Dr. Nicholas Schar
Dr. Schar has been in practice since 2006 after having his eyes opened to Upper Cervical Care in 2003 at the Advanced Orthogonal Teaching Clinic in St. Petersburg, FL. After learning about Advanced Orthogonal, he decided to study and implement the procedure that has allowed so many people to experience a better life through their body’s innate ability to heal. Following 5 ½ years of practicing and teaching in St. Petersburg, he decided to move closer to home. Dr. Schar, Melinda, and their two children have been residents of the Brandon, FL area for the past eight years. In September 2011, Melinda and Dr. Schar began seeing patients in Tampa, FL. Since they moved to the Greater Brandon Area, patients have been travelling from Lakeland, Plant City, Dade City, Wesley Chapel, Riverview, Apollo Beach, Sun City Center, and Bradenton/Sarasota area for specific upper cervical care.
Dr. Duyen Ngo
Dr. Duyen Ngo was born in Boston, Massachusetts and grew up in St. Petersburg, Florida. Growing up, she developed a passion for helping others and making a difference in her community. She received her Associate Degree from St. Petersburg College and continued her education at the University of South Florida, where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Public Health. She then moved to Port Orange, Florida to complete her Doctorate Degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. During her first year as a Chiropractic student, she was exposed to Upper Cervical care and began her post-graduate training in Advanced Orthogonal, while still attending Chiropractic school full time.
Her educational experiences had given her the opportunity to learn to care for patients from various aspects within the human body. Her goal is to promote a healthy living lifestyle, through Chiropractic care, exercising, and eating a balanced and nutritious diet. She enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends, and spends her free time jogging, swimming and scrapbooking.
